Dt. Kiruba Lekshmi is a dedicated nutrition consultant passionate about guiding individuals toward improved health, physical vitality, and complete lifestyle transformation through simple and sustainable changes.
With a dual academic foundation in Mathematics and Biochemistry, her journey took a meaningful turn during the pandemic, when her curiosity about the connection between food and wellbeing blossomed into a calling. This led her to pursue a Diploma in Nutrition, where she deepened her understanding of food science and holistic wellbeing, marking the start of her mission to empower others through mindful nourishment.
During her studies, she led an awareness campaign in Rajapalayam, reaching out to families to educate them on balanced eating and mindful living. Her core philosophy — “No restriction, just limitation”—reflects her belief that transformation begins with balance, not deprivation. She inspires clients to make realistic lifestyle adjustments that fit seamlessly into their everyday lives and encourages them to make practical, lasting changes instead of following short-term diets.
Kiruba specializes in weight management, diabetes reversal, PCOS and infertility care, nutrition for infants, toddlers, teenagers, pregnancy, lactation and geriatric, anaemia correction and gastro-intestinal problems and other clinical problems. Her approach focuses on addressing the root cause through food, mindset alignment and lifestyle improvements rather than temporary fixes.
Having completed her dietetic internship at Apollo Hospital, she now continues to provide personalized consultations that blend nutrition planning, exercise, and holistic wellness practices that fit into real life.
Through Wholesome Plate, Kiruba integrates the six dimensions of wellness—physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental—creating a truly holistic space for authentic lifestyle transformation.
